I love the sunrises and sunsets if y'all haven't figured that out yet. I look at it as a new day, the first day of the rest of my life which I will live to the fullest, to learn from the past instead of regretting it, to thank God for giving me another day and to thank him for putting so many wonderful people in my life including quite a few right here on Pbase. Life is too short to let anger or disappointment rule our lives. It is important to try your hardest to be the best that you can be and let go of things that are hurtful. To forgive and be forgiven because hanging on to those hurts brings bitterness and stress and that destroys true happiness. Yes, life is too short to be lived in a way that is not good for your soul. So, from this day forward as I have tried each day I have been given, I choose to look forward and not behind with a smile and a song in my heart and hope that I can brighten just one person's day. That is what makes me happy.
