It is against the law to wade in any of the water features at the Water Gardens so these three young ladies were breaking the law. However, it being 108 degrees outside, I can't say I blame them. I don't think they would be arrested and it looked like all the cops were probably indoors somewhere.
Start my new job tomorrow. Will catch up on comments tomorrow evening. Gonna go to bed early and head out early.
