SCAVENGER HUNT - PINK - BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS

Fort Worth, TX

Taken at the Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer. I was one of the hundreds of ladies that was in this group of survivors. I'm out 6 years now cancer free. Hope that lasts for a lifetime and I pray that no other person has to go through what I and so many others have gone through or are continuing to go through.

I did the race in honor of our Pbase friend, Chris Hadden. Her name was on my bib and she was just diagnosed a few months ago. I run for her and everyone that has been touched by cancer. It was a very successful race this year!

Wonderfull. I just saw two of our garbage collection trucks painted pink with the breast cancer logo on them. Total support for the cause.
