Before Christmas people all over the world start decorating their houses. I have mine done which consists of a couple of wreaths on the doors, an Angel on the mantle, a lit little tree with a Nutcracker on the front porch and a few candles and such.

I don't spend Christmas at home and I don't have children so I normally don't put up much. But I have a few things that I put out that friends and family have given me and they remind me of them. I like the little things like that. It is what Christmas is all about. The love we all share, the memories, everything to be grateful for. Those things are the things I enjoy about Christmas.

It's not about the gifts or the stores or the materialism that Christmas has become for so many. It is about sharing love with those you care about and to give thanks for everything we are given, and to rejoice for the greatest gift of all. The real reason for the Season is what makes me happiest!
