Unfortunately, most of us have to deal with this on a daily basis. I was at a dead stop in traffic waiting for trucks to pull out and this guy was dumping dirt so I shot it. They are expanding the road to be wider for more traffic.

there is a lot of "make work" road destruction going on here too!

Gee, up here they are narrowing the roads - going from 4 lanes (2 in each direction) to 1 lane in each direction with a turning lane in the middle and that's supposed to improve the traffic flow :-(
