HITCHHICKER

Between Clayton and Springer, NM

There was a sign on the road saying do not pick up hitchhikers. Of course, then we see this guy. And, no, we did not pick him up. Evidently there's a prison around this area.

Look at the wide shoulders on the road, and the utility lines go forever !! Nice treatment using b/w. Makes it look even lonlier. Makes you wonder about where he came from but doesn't look like prison garb

Awesome image! It has a dangerous feel to it with the B&W and the line of telephone poles (which seem kind of close together to me)leading off to "somewhere". ~V
