Either someone didn't like their breakfast or it was so hot it fried itself on the cement. I'd believe either one today given it was 105 at my house today and the cement was even hotter. Got a bit of a cool down due to thunderstorms but my area didn't get any rain. However, it is a lot cooler outside now. Wish it would rain at my house.
