The Art Fest is this weekend but I doubt it will go on with strong storms and possible snow tomorrow. Also winds of over 50mph are expected at times. This is a local artist with a broken foot trying to get her equipment together while in the wheelchair. She was going into a local restaurant to display and do paintings there as well. We did help her out. Very nice lady.
