Basket laid on its side, balloon fully rolled out and fan pumping in air....once it gets to a certain point they will add the flame and then the basket will be turned upwards.....really cool how they do this and all work together. There are guys who hold the ropes as the balloon is readied for flight. Everyone working together making it come together in quite the efficient manner. Bravo to all of those who participated!
