FROM CANCER PATIENT TO CANCER SURVIVOR
JEANNE, RADIATION MARKERSThis image is of an amazing woman. The blue "X's" on her chest are her radiation markers and the scar is where her chemo port is located. She recently lost all her hair for the 2nd time but I think she is beautiful bald. We all are because we are all sisters and in this thing together. There is a bond that is instant when you meet another woman that has battled breast cancer. You can beat this thing and as you often say when asked how you are doing... "Cancer, Shmancer, I've done it before and I can do it again." |
JEANNE BALDJeanne, you are still beautiful bald, inside and out! |
PINK RIBBON IN THE WINDOWA friend of mine made this for me. I hang it with pride in my window. |
 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS |
Chemo vs. HairFirst, surgery, then chemo then your hair falls out! What a bummer! It has since grown back and I'm doing well. |
 AHHH The Meds! |
New Zealand Iron Man TriathalonNoel ran for me in 2005 in the New Zealand Triathalon to help raise money for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Center and for my medical bills. He's ranks up there as #1 in my book and he has great legs! |
WHEN YOU SEE PINKWhen you see pink, remember all the ladies that have fought breast cancer and keep them in your prayers. |
