The Henry Ford 2006

The improvements in the Village are extensive and when the family visited, we didn't get to see all of them. here is a synopsis of the visit and some of the places we went to in August 2006. There are two parts, the Village and the Museum. The Museum has sections devoted to trains, cars and planes. There are sections devoted to bicycles and old machinery, but thet is for another day.

I remember The HF Museum as a child. It wore me out then to walk all around it and It looks like it is even LONGER now. I LOVED that strutting Chicken. It seems to me that you saved the best for last. I really liked that last page. Thank you for the invite. It's another wonderful little jaunt. :)

Wonderful day! The hand drawn plates and pottery are incredible. Such an interesting place and so many different aspects of our history. Thanks for sharing it with us.

What great photos and what an interesting place. Enjoyed the planes especially and the farm photos. The kids have sure grown. They are a nice looking family. Thanks for showing them!
