This is a composite of photos I have taken in 2005 of the woods and ground of the FairLane Mansion in Dearborn Mi. These photos are taken of the right side of the mansion grounds as you face the mansion itself. There are really two parts to the grounds..The left side comprising the Mansion, the home, garage, power house, and greenhouse, the tree house and the area of the waterfall; and the right side, with the Great Meadow, the Lake and woods which go for miles and also lead to the U.of M. Dearborn Environmental Studies building, and the ponds, bridge and derelict water gardens with a once gorgeous stone pergola. I hope you enjoy our walk around the right side and the woods.
