While watching the Golden Eagle in the two previous images drop and catch the squirrel, I noticed a male Northern Harrier and an American Kestrel nearby, along with a fourth bird in the direct sunlight. When it came out of the sunlight, bird #4 turned out to be a Rough-legged Hawk.
