Cuban Street Scenes

I used to have all my Cuban pics in one gallery
but I listen to requests. I have now divided my
street scenes and people snaps. Both feature people
but this gallery features the shots which reveal
more than just people. These give a sense of the
landscape, street life and the atmosphere in the
Cuban Capital. This thumb will link you to the

A sensational series of images that really show so many aspects of what Havana and its people are really like. I love your treatment of color and contrast - classic photography. It looks like all of these were taken in 2005? I was there in March, 2018 (https://pbase.com/dlgphoto/cuba_2018) but did not get to spend as much time in Havana as you did. Thanks for sharing these. ~VVV~

Search in Google for: Las mejores fotos del Che - Riflexiones de una Habanera. These are the best photos of Che. I love that he is dead, so he looks better. All Communists look better dead.

Hi.I am habanera,come here looking for pictures of my Havana in her Birthdays 492. Your Photos are beautiful!, but I will not show them to anyone, because you mix my loved Havana with a murderer called Che Guevara. Why?. He is not Cuban, he was just a murderer of thousands of Cubans. Shame on you !.

Kees, you are a great photographer you took the essence of Cuba like it is. I keep coming to this site to see the pictures of my Cuba. Its places, its people.
