Showing the smoke launcher parts attacked. Some people have debated exactly how the wheel would turn, rebalence itself and this is my response. They look like jet engines. I imagine them being used to tilt and balence the wheel back upright again with jet bursts. One of the other wheels is leaning slightly over so I'll sculpt some flame leaping from the jets on it's sides. That's my take on the Wheel steering mechanism.
