New Wood Working Project Oct 7, 2017

New project. New frames for two c.1820-1840 primitive child portraits.
Client wants to replace the new curly maple frame on the one painting. The second painting is without frame and I am to make two new frames. Client requested a figured maple wood frame 3.5 inches wide, The frame shown here was recently purchased newly made custom frame and is made of curly soft maple wood. The larger painting is on board and measures approximately 35X47inches.
