Wow! Did you see that full moon tonight?
I'd gone out to the west of the island to take some shots in the late afternoon light.
The sunset looked pretty pathetic so I turned to go home - and there it was.
A moon so big, so clear, so close I felt I could touch it.
This upload was the best of the batch I took, but I don't think it really does it justice.
I hadn't taken my tripod with me so this is pure handheld stuff. That'll teach me!
