Ok, it's a toss up between # 1 and #11 .. I really like both pictures. The contrast in #1 and originality and cuteness in #11. Well, make it #1 but I truly LOVE #11 also, just because he's so darn cute!. Thanks all and enjoy your weekend !

Linda, I got my answer by walking in the wrong neighborhood once. It can be the marking of a gang related territory.

I agree with the sample picture as I never quite understand why shoes were hung from electrical wires !!! :)
