We went on a very long boat ride today. We went down to Tracy Arm and Endicott arm to look at the glaciers. If you have never heard of these places look them up on the internet. They are perhaps the most beautiful areas in all of Alaska. Todays photo is of the Dawes glacier which is up the Endicott Fijord. This is about 70 miles from Juneau and we also went into Tracy Arm which added another 60 miles to the overall trip. We also got in a little halibut fishing and got a nice little 50 pounder and 30 pounder plus a few little guys. What a great day.
