This is part of the Hydroelectric project called Dorothy Lake. This lake is at 2500 feet and is still in ice here in mid July. We had a very long winter this year and it still shows at higher altitudes. This place is stunningly beautiful. They are going to connect the three lakes together to form the power needed for this project.
