eagle in the trees-0204.jpg

I got lucky. I like the look of birds in flight with a slow shutter speed to show movement but you need some luck to lock the head in. I have only been able to get it a couple of times. This eagle was along the road around 28 mile feeding on something. Pulled over just as it flushed. Tracked it while shooting and got one shot with the head somewhat stable. I love going back through the series in the camera and the feeling when you find that one shot that you hoped for. I love photography

indeed an amazing mix of clarity where it matters, but so much movement to give it life and character

I love this shot, too, Ron! You did well to get any shots with the trees in front! Well done. V
