Yes! Fantastic arrangement. The wild hair, the shadows (particularly around the eyes), the facial expression (which could easily have gone "over the top" in a shot like this, but hasn't; it hits just the right note), the black outfit that avoids distracting the viewer, the tight grip on the knife, the slight halo effect around her rapidly fading into darkness in the background, and on top of all of that the close cropping and the reduction to black and white; all of this works together to hit the exact mood of menace that you were going for.
Either that or she genuinely IS hacked off at you, and this was the last photo you ever shot; either way the effect worked out well.
