Incredible shot. You've made excellent use of the rotting posts for perspective. Holding the exposure to a second has softened the feel of the water without going into the full "bridal veil" effect that you get from longer exposures. I think that's to the benefit of the image in this case; the sense of the water as an entity with a body constantly washing against the poles and the pumphouse is essential to the sense of weathering; you don't want the water to entirely stop looking like water, but the longer time has still given a sense of motion to it. Shots like this always make me wonder what it would have been like when all of this was newly built and pristine, before a lot of hard weather took its toll.
