One of the most expensive residences at Clifford Estates in Panyu. Clifford Estates is growing, attracting homeowners from Hong Kong and western business people. It started out with attached homes and now has these high end villas and taller buildings coming. There is a club house with pools, gym, bowling, massage, etc. and small shopping area with restaurants.

This community is not for all Chinese...but for those with higher incomes, obviously.
