NGC 4151 seen at the Right (known as Sauron's Eye) is an intermediate spiral seyfert galaxy with weak inner ring structure located 62 million light-years from us.
NGC 4145 - seen at Left is a barred spiral galaxy located in the Ursa Major galaxy cluster, 68 million light years from the Earth both in the constellation Canes Venatici. (WIKI)
