I think this is the abandoned settlement of Kubaan. The by this hut is a river, Sg Kubaan, 18 km from Bario reference to the Topomap Pa Tik is just 2 hours away,or 4 km on the Top but then 2 of the team mates suggest that we turn back. On reflection we should have push on cos when we went back to Marudi, we had another week to spare.
