The Award Ceremony of Vietnamese Canadian Community Scholarship Fund (of Toronto, Canada- VCCSF) took place on Nov.19, 2005 at Phap Van Center in Mississauga. The Canadian Federal Government and the Ontario Provincial Government presented their plaques to commemorate VCCSF's 15th Anniversary on this occasion. Provincial Minister of Education Gerard Kennedy also sent his plaque to congratulate VCCSF during that night. Best of all, all Award Winners received their plaques from the Federal Government and the Onatio Provincial Government.
