for soo little $$$. Not enough stomach.... Again, I actually lost weight, even though I ate 3 very hearty meals each day. Very good. Or not so good. But man, you'll see... (look below for the #'s to refer back to up here) I also didn't get sick, luckily.
#1 - Lobster Pot - Ok, I had to explain. I did not know at all that the plate would be that huge. It had: 1 lobster tail, 1 crab, 1 full sized fried sea bass, bunch of calamari rings, bunch of shrimp, bunch of clams, bunch of mussells, and fried rice.
#2 - Garden Plaza food court - They had a brilliant idea. They gave you a "credit card" that had a limit of 10000 baht. You then went to whatever food vendor you wanted food from and they swiped your card for the amount of the meal. You then took the card to the cashier when you were leaving and paid your balance. There was no way to run away though, as the food court was on the top floor of the mall in the corner. One way in, one way out.
#3 - Zen Restaurant. Russ & Jarrett had hyped up this restaurant so much that I couldn't make up my mind what to eat, so I just ordered 3 items. The Chicken Teriyaki teishoku, the Tempura teishoku, and the nigiri platter. Guess the prices??? The tempura was about 200 baht. The chicken was 130 baht, and the sushi was 510 (because of the toro sushi).... I didn't know if I was going back, so I just went nuts. We did go back though.
