Namtso (or Nam Co) is a beautiful lake in the heart of Tibet. It's a 6-hour drive to reach the lake from the capital, Lhasa. At some parts, the roads are bone-cracking but for most parts the roads are OK. Once you reach the lake, the view of snow capped mountains in the background is unforgettable and breathtaking.
