For eighteen years I was the Public Affairs Officer and photographer for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic in Norfolk, Va. The organization was responsible for engineering, design and construction of shore facilities for the Navy and Marine Corps. These photos were taken as part of my job.
