Wonderful medieval wall paintings inside this church.St.Michael and all angels,George and the Dragon
'cept,St.George has disappeared with the years,just leaving a large red dragon on one wall.Weird.
This church is only a few miles from where I lived as a child. It is quite an unusual place, as are the nearby Roman Three Hills of Bartlow. Although I'm not that familiar with these places now, the old painting of the dragon inside the church (C. 14 th I think?)Is worth seeing should you be passing this village.
