This,to me,is like a scene from a good comedy film.There being no destination displayed on the post by the footsteps, only regular users of this path ,would know,that the steps are a shortcut,to a higher point of the same path.So,the group rapidly strolling into the distance , are about to discover that the steps,they shall encounter very soon, merely return them to this juncture,mucho pronto.Someone involved in the creation of this forest path,had a cruel sense of humour.
