The Briers North subdivision is a small neighborhood (only a few dozen houses) of Victorian-style houses dating from the mid-1980s off Tilly Mill Road where decorating for Halloween and hosting trick-or-treaters has taken on a life of its own and become a major event. Last years head count was over 2000 kids with a total count of over 5000 visitors to the neighborhood Halloween night.
