My favorite in this gallery, Carol. It has everything going for it! You use abstraction (the shadow) to symbolize photography as a form of expression. You use incongruity --divine figures are not usually depicted patronizing barber shops or posing for photographers. And it is an image loaded with human values -- humor, spirituality, illusions, miracles? -- all are implied here. I am not sure if this is the window of a barber shop, or a sign on a barber shop, but that is part of the illusion. The shop itself is closed - the mail slot is full and the paper has not been collected. Yet look at all the attention it is getting. It is as if Christ has miraculously appeared in the shop to get a haircut and a shave, and found nobody there. Somebody called the press, and the photographers have a scoop. Meanwhile, Christ seems to taking it all in stride -- his gesture asks "what does a guy have to do to get a haircut in this town?"
