There is so much to savor here, Carol. The smoky, monochromatic scene speaks of generational change and cultural iconography, rich in emotion and incongruity.
You seem to be mastering street photography - there is so much happening here The sour expressions on the two anchors at the bottom right and left, the two generations on cell phones and the American flag with the Vietnamese hat. This is a wonderful image.
This is more China than San Francisco.
I just love the 2 characters ion the bottom left and right.
Th smoke with the perfect lighting finishes it up.
