An eclectic mix of landfill trash, wildflowers, and a million-dollar view of San Francisco... creates the perfect backdrop for some of the most creative pieces of "random", on-the-spot, ever-changing artwork. At one time this land jutting out into the San Francisco Bay was the landfill for the city of Albany, California. It was also once a homeless encampment. The Bulb is now being turned into a public park, with the threat of the artwork being cleared away, (as well as all non-native California plants). Most of the art remains anonymous and unsigned. This place in it's present form won't last much longer, and so I am trying to capture the experience while it is still intact.
Artwork comes and goes quickly from this place, so check back often for the latest.
