Sri Mamunigal Revathi purappadu at Kanchipuram Deva Perumal Sannadhi
went on well on 16th December 2010 in a grand manner.
Many Srivaishnavas participated in the great occasion of the purappadu
which was stopped in the year 2003 and held on 16/12/2010 after a gap of
about 7 years. This utsavam is celebrated on Margazi Revathi Thirunatchathiram
being Sri.Mamunigal Sishyar Sri Namperumal matha thirunatchathira day
who heard Edu Kalakshabham for one year stopping all his utsavams and given
`Srisailesadha pathiram' thanian to this world on the satrumurai day.

Sri Mamunigal descended from Atthigiri malai after Pagalpatthu saathumurai
with dasami Maalai and sagala Parivaaram including Perumal
Thirukkudai and vaadhyam and proceeded to his Sannadhi in Azhwar prahaaram
around 5.30 pm. Sri.Mamunigal sannadhi was adorned with Prasadam from
Sri.Azhagiya Manavalam for whose Thirunakshatram mamunigal comes down to his
sannidhi and again proceeds back to Atthigiri malai. This purapadu is being
conducted only for this achairyan and not for any azhwars or acharians.

Thiruvaimozhi Nootranthathi sevakalam was performed and the saathumurai
itself was conducted for more than half an hour like Aippasi Moolam and
Prasadams were distributed in a very grand manner.
