What can we say about Sharm el Sheikh? Is it the cheapest, most tacky dive destination available? Possibly. But we love it. At around three hundred pounds including flights it’s almost rude not to go ;) Having said that, we now have all of our own kit and prefer liveaboards to the busy sharm day boats. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to see the wonderful red sea on a budget. As long as you don’t mind hoards of tourists, tacky plastic neon palm trees and busy boats you’ll love it.
