Rheinland Pfalz Freilicht Museum is the largest one within Germany located in Bad Sobernheim, which features houses that have been moved from their original spots to the Museum; brick by brick. The places they originated from were Hessen, Rheinland Pfalz, Hunsrueck, Mittlerhein, and Eifel. Approx, 40 Houses so far have been moved to this location displaying how people from the various places lived for the last 500 Years.
