Bastrop, Texas

On Saturday, September 27th Bastrop, TX was the host of the 2nd Annual NatureFest celebrating the beauty of the Colorado River. LCRA opened a new paddling trail down this part of the river. A National Canoe Race was held and lots of activities for the kids. This is a beautiful part of the Colorado River. Bastrop is a historical small town of which I have included pictures of in this gallery. If you are in the area it is worth the stop - Hwy 71 east of Austin, Texas.
