Piatra Neamt

A few miles west of Bacau is Piatra Neamt where there was another Jewish settlement for many years. On the road we passed an unusual church that looked like the windows were skewed but it was an effect of the painting around the windows. There's a large Jewish cemetery in Piatra Neamt.
