Started by using a little adapt.eq to bring out some detail. Did a light simplification on the Background and even less to the subject. Used a light emboss (laquer) to bring out some texture. Lightend the background and painted out the wall picture and a little hair. Ran the typical Nik filters (skylight, contrast), painted in where needed. Did some light smudging, cloning and healing to get rid of some sharp edges, then ran some grain to texture the repaired areas.
