We had a great turnout at Lost Dutchman State Park on Saturday evening. The skies cleared a little later than predicted but the visitors were very interested in what we could show them and the bit of astronomy we could teach as well. By the end of the evening, we had 561 adults, 239 kids, 26 dogs and an unrecorded number of toddlers. (We know this thanks to member Art Fesler-Butts.)
Our thanks again to the Lost Dutchman State Park management and volunteer staff for providing this location and support. They recently expanded the area available for our use and staff stayed with us the entire evening.
