At the pond of the Marin French Cheese Factory of Rouge et Noir in Petaluma, California.
I timed this composition to capture the triple rhythmic extension of tree limbs, fishing poles and the boy's limbs.
When I looked at the thumbnail, I thought the kid in the foreground had somehow caught a child and was showing it off. Now that I see it in full size, I still can imagine it. It's all in the hand action. You are right about the multiple rhythms here -- the poles, arms, and and trees all repeat and extend the idea, but its the inadvertent hand/body merger that made this photograph so fascinating to me.
