I have just been given 2 zebra finches 1female 1 male with small cage the female has a blue rng i know what this means but the male has no ring can anyone tell me why this is i am getting a larger cage i have grown up as a child with all sorts of birds includeing eagleowls cannaries cockatils ducks all sorts of birds
