IMG_7964 Grilled pork chops

I felt like having grilled pork chops.
My son took it one step beyond and prepared Vietnamese Pork chops and I then I grilled them.

Lucky it was not spicy or have cilantro in the recipe. (hubby's request)

They look substantial and nicely grilled. I bet they were delicious and applesauce is the perfect side dish for pork. V.
