we are both on BIG diets, so our sunday morning brunches have gotten earlier and earlier due to intense hunger....this morning's omelettes at the lemon lounge in basking ridge, nj were eaten al fresco and divine! my omelette was with mushrooms and havarti... with fabulous home fries and toast.
