lucky hand root

bought at the botanica san lazaros in clifton,nj, this is an envelope containing a mysterious little wad of something weirdly unpleasant looking. supposedly the person that buys this little envelope full of 'not much' will have wildly good luck but i think it is a lot to hope for, for $2.50(dont you?)
