Has this gal had a nose piercing that was removed or is that white spot a blem? Either way it needs eraser. She could use more eye glints.. not too much and some sharpening to her eyes.. Her cheek acne scar(?) needs healing. Lipstick-wise her bottom lip is chapped and needs smoothing to perfection. Lastly.. I'd try relocating the rose higher so you can see it more against her skin just a bit higher and toward her necklace. Hairwise there is some kind of light colored fluff(?) at the point her hair reachers her dress.
