The dining room - called the "Moonlight Sonata" spans two decks, with the majority of tables on the lower deck, with a balcony above .. At one end is a magnificant tower of bottles of wine (securely in place, and covered by cameras) :o)

The ceiling lights, & surrounding ones too, represent champagne bubbles - the designer taking bottles as his inspiration ..
